| aQuaterra Tech Demo aQuaterra is a demonstration of my skills writing shaders and managing scenes. Major features include: •Normal mapped water that blends reflection and refraction together through a fresnel term. The water also has blended shorelines, specular highlights, underwater scattering and caustics. •Fish that follow a schooling behavior while avoiding collision with the environment. •Grass system that allows extremely dense grass with minimal performance loss. •Vegetation scheme that combines smooth LOD transitions with subtle animation for a realistic effect. |
